Beautiful, But Lost It’s Shape Quickly
"I purchased this bag because I loved the structured shape. The leather trim and overall look are beautiful, and I received several compliments when it was new. Unfortunately after only about a month of normal use, the bag lost much of the shape shown in the website photos. The front and back panels now collapse inward, giving it a much softer, slouched appearance than when purchased. Customer service was kind and responsive, but advised this is considered normal wear after a month and offered a discount on a future purchase rather than a replacement. If you love the structured look shown online, just know that it may soften much more quickly than you expect."
